This beautiful studio penthouse accommodation is inside a restored original carmen (large Nazari family house) of the Albayzin, so the building is a museum in itself.

With a privileged location you can walk to the main tourist attractions such as the Alhambra and is very close to the city center.

It is accessed by a spiral staircase so it is not recommended for people with mobility problems.

The space

The kitchen is fully equipped with four burners, oven, microwave, refrigerator and two sinks, as well as crockery, cutlery and glasses.

The house has a huge terrace with panoramic views of the Nazari palaces and Sacromonte.

It also has a beautiful typical granadino patio at the entrance where you can relax al fresco.

Just outside the door, there is a nice cafeteria/bar typical of the neighborhood where you can have breakfast or a drink at a very good price.

It has access to a huge terrace overlooking the Alhambra, the Generalife and Sacromonte, is shared with 3 other apartments but there are separate areas for each as you can see in the photos.

At the same entrance of the house there is a bus stop and a cab rank.

As it is a restored original carmen of the Albayzín the house has a special charm. At night it is very quiet due to its proximity to Sacromonte and the Alhambra mountains, but at the same time, you can be in the center in 5 minutes walking. It is a very cool house in summer.
